To help us find the problem quickly, please include:

• Your device and browser, for example Android with Chrome
• The preset you selected, or your Custom size settings
• The exact error message, or what happened instead

Before you write

• Check the size guide for the current photo and signature requirements.
• Read the troubleshooting guide if the portal rejects your file.

Report an outdated requirement

If a new TNPSC notification lists different photo or signature rules, email support@tnpscphotocompressor.org with a link to the notice so the presets can be updated.

Keep your images private

Please do not send your photograph, signature or other personal documents. We do not need them to look into a problem.

Application questions

We cannot help with registration, eligibility, payments or submitted applications. Use the contact details on the official TNPSC website.
