Photograph and name strip
Use a colour studio portrait with a white background, taken on or after the date of the notice. Check that your face, both ears and part of your neck are visible.
The bottom 55 px contain your name and photography date. The portrait occupies the top 115 px. Check the actual preview before downloading, including when the studio has already printed the strip.
Signature and scanning
The linked notices call for a blue or black ink signature on white paper. They also specify 200 DPI when scanning. Follow the stated pixel dimensions for your output file.
One Time Registration (OTR)
The TNPSC Instructions to Applicants call for an OTR photo taken within the last three months. Check the live form for its requested dimensions and compare them with the instructions for your specific exam. The tool’s custom setting lets you enter dimensions and a maximum file size.
